The 912, named after the area code, engages the community in one centralized location for an entertainment district to emphasize the heart behind SAV. Therefore, we chose City Market, as it accommodates Savannah’s historic charm and cultivates a sense of belonging, so that everyone feels at home.
Savannah’s first open-air market in the 1700’s, that now functions as restored warehouses for shopping, dining & art galleries. The clocktower in the heart of downtown symbolizes its historic presence, as a reminder of what the market used to function as. Now, it stands in the center of the thriving environment!
